Behind Let It Be Properties
Matthew Jobson-Bird
Co-Founder and Director of Let It Be Properties.
With a remarkable 15-year journey in the estate agency industry, Matthew started his career navigating through various corporate and independent agencies in Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
In 2014, fueled by the desire to create an agency that would provide more of a personal touch in exceptional customer service, whilst suppling an efficient property service, he co-founded Let It Be Properties with his father-in-law, David.
As a genuine people person, Matthew thrives on building rapport and assisting individuals on their property journeys. Whether it’s finding the perfect rental home, guiding landlords through property maintenance, or streamlining property sales, Matthew is known for going the extra mile.
Specialising in property management and market appraisals, Matthew holds an NVQ Level 3 in residential lettings and property management, along with a Level 3 Diploma in property.
Additionally, for the past 9 years, Matthew has served as a director and now co-owner at Let It Be’s sister company, Darwin Park Construction, where he plays a key role as they act as principal contractors in various projects.
David Jobson
Co-Founder and Director at Let It Be Properties.
With an impressive 46-year career in the construction industry, David is a cornerstone of our team.
Beyond his role with Let It Be Properties, he is a successful buisness owner, founder and director of Darwin Park Construction Ltd. Operating for the past 19 years, David continues to lead this venue, now in collaboration with Matthew.
David’s extensive background brings a wealth of knowledge in property maintenance. With 16 years experience as an investor and landlord in both the UK and abroad, he offers valuable insights into residential, commercial, and holiday lets.
His profound understanding of property intricacies, coupled with hands-on experience, makes David an integral part of the Let It Be Properties team, ensuring a foundation of excellence in property management.
Kim Jobson-Bird
The creative force behind Let It Be Properties.
As the wife of Matthew and daughter of David, Kim brings a unique blend of passion and expertise to our family run team.
With 14 years of skill as a photographer and creative, she takes on the role of Marketing Manager, steering our visual identity to new heights.
Kim leads with an artistic touch, ensuring each property is showcased through stunning photography and clear, precise marketing materials.
Her commitment to delivering fresh and engaging content positions Let It Be Properties as a leader in the real estate landscape. With Kim at the helm, we’re dedicated to presenting your property in the best light possible.
